transactions into easy installments plans and split payments over 3 or 6 months all
through the genie app! Exclusively for SMART savings customers with a Dialog Finance
debit card.
FlexiPay is exclusively for customers who actively use the SMART
account while maintaining a healthy balance through consistent deposits, make regular
transactions with the Dialog Finance debit card. Please note that customers with ongoing
Quick Loans or LesiPay must settle their existing Quick Loan or LesiPay in order to
qualify for a FlexiPay.
Once you're eligible for the FlexiPay feature,
- Open the genie app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the “FlexiPay” tile on the home screen.
- Select the transaction you want to convert into an installments plan.
- Review the details and confirm the installments plan.
